Sweet Tabil Tunisian

Our Sweet Tabil spice blend is specific to the region of Tunisia and it literally translates to coriander, but we generally refer to it as a blend that also includes caraway, fennel, cloves, cumin turmeric and rose.

Our Tabil is used for stews, sautéed or stuffed vegetables, traditional Tunisian beef dishes, adding meat and fish dishes, rice, couscous with a distinct oriental note.
